Heather Burton, Attorney
Heather is a strong believer in safe, fair, and healthy workplaces where management and employees can thrive. She advises clients on a variety of employment law issues, helping employers and employees benefit from the latest employment law developments. Before coming to Employer-Lawyer, Heather worked as an associate attorney at a national employment law firm. She also has experience with estate planning and general civil litigation.
Heather earned her law degree from J. Reuben Clark (BYU) Law School where she served as a law review senior editor, a leadership fellow, and a member of the women-in-law board. Heather also earned her bachelor's degree from BYU, majoring in political science and minoring in business and communications.
Heather is licensed to practice law in Utah and Idaho.
When Heather is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three golden doodles. She also enjoys hiking, biking, running, reading, cooking, volunteering, and playing pickleball.
