Kim Hunsinger, Attorney
Kim is a firm believer in the power of good employment practices in the workplace in improving individual well-being. With her experience working in human resources, corporate litigation at a boutique business law firm, and as in-house counsel for a national company, Kim brings a unique perspective as she assists clients on a variety of employment law issues, including preparing employment agreements, advising on wage and hour disputes and discrimination complaints, and litigating disputes.
Kim graduated from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she served as a law review senior editor and the Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Representative on the Student Bar Association. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from BYU, majoring in International Relations with an emphasis on Latin American studies.
When she’s not at work, Kim can usually be found spending time with her family, running, crafting, or reading a good book.
