Jenneka Austin, Attorney

As a former office manager and small business owner, Jenneka understands the needs, goals, and challenges of running a workplace. She is excited to use both her knowledge of employment law and knowledge gained from living to help support our clients. She has experience assisting with employment agreements, wage & hour audits, employee handbooks, case assessment, legal research, and negotiation.

While attending J. Reuben Clark Law School, Jenneka became a Court Appointed Special Advocate, volunteering her time with foster children in child welfare cases. A big fan of alternative dispute resolution, she was the student fellow at BYU’s Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution for one year, where she enjoyed seeking creative solutions for disputes between parties in mediation.

In her free time, Jenneka likes taking care of her family, relaxing through meditation or yoga, swimming, singing, cleaning, or doing jigsaw puzzles.
